WHAT IT INCLUDES
This private experience for 2–5 guests begins with an up‑close introduction to our animal ambassadors. You’ll meet several of our birds of prey, with opportunities for photos. This portion of the visit offers a rare chance to appreciate these remarkable birds and learn about their unique adaptations.
Your visit continues with hands‑on reptile and mammal encounters. Guests of all ages can gently pet our friendly snakes, learn about their behaviors, and—if feeling adventurous—hold one under staff guidance. You’ll also meet our charming small mammals, including our opossums and, when she’s not hibernating, our delightful ground squirrel.
To complete your experience, your group will enjoy a private guided tour of our facility. This behind‑the‑scenes walk‑through provides additional insight into our animals, their care, and our mission, creating a memorable and personalized visit from start to finish.

Please note:
We do not accept same‑day bookings. All encounters must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of working with live animals and the preparation required in advance, and because we are a nonprofit organization, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows or if you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled encounter may be rescheduled.

When booking, you are auto-charged for one adult,
add extra participants accordingly.
Want to hangout with a raven?
We are now offering a Raven Encounter! This experience is completely up to our raven, Vincent—she will participate only if she chooses to. During the encounter, you’ll get to hand-feed her treats, watch her engage in an enrichment activity, and spend some time hanging out with her.
If you’re interested, you can add this onto your purchase of our regular private encounter. If Vincent chooses not to participate, you will be refunded for the Raven Encounter add-on.
