Adult & Junior Volunteers
We welcome adult (18+) and Junior volunteers(14+) to help maintain the facility, prep care materials and feeding birds.
Children under 12 are welcome to volunteer but they MUST be accompanied by a parent or adult.

We are not accepting new volunteers at this time. Wildlife rehabilitation is labor‑intensive, physically demanding work, and most of the role involves basic, repetitive, and often messy tasks. We only move volunteers into more advanced responsibilities when they consistently show strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑player attitude. We have invested significant time and resources into volunteer orientations and trainings, but most people do not return after completing them. Because of this, we cannot continue hosting trainings for volunteers who are not committed.
